Burack speaker Chris Caldwell, director of the Sustainable Development Institute, College of Menominee Nation, will speak on “Indigenous Sustainability: Paying Defence to Our Future Relatives,” at UVM’s Sugar Maple Ballroom, Davis Center. Caldwell is recognized as a leader around issues related to tribal resiliewncy and connecting tribes and climate scientists to develop adaptation strategies for cultural lifeways and tribal economies.
